Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only if notified within the two days of the initial service.

Because we are a small, locally owned salon cancellations affect us greatly. We strive to offer a professional, positive and progressive environment for our staff and guests alike. When you cancel last minute and especially “no show” it is incredibly rude to our staff and other guests on our waiting list. Please inform us immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason. If you need to cancel call or text 803-903-2309 or use our online booking link. We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us a 72 hour notice if you must cancel an appointment. When scheduling we require a 50% deposit of your total booked services. If you are unable to make your appointment and cancel within the 72 hour window you will receive a full refund of the 50% deposit. Failure to cancel 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result in the 50% deposit being nonrefundable, if no deposit was paid we will charge a card on file 50% of service. We are by appointment only.

CHILDREN POLICY- At Morgen Holly Hair, we strive to create a relaxing and peaceful environment for all of our guests. To ensure everyone's comfort and safety, we welcome children by appointment only. Please note that our salon is not equipped to provide a safe space for children, and we want to maintain a calm atmosphere for all guests to enjoy their experience. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly for your little ones and schedule appointments in advance. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a serene environment for all.
